We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while considering the operational commitments of the resort.

• Reservations cancelled more than 15 days prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund, with no retention charges.
  
• Reservations cancelled between 7 and 15 days before the scheduled check-in date will incur 50% retention charges on the total booking amount.
  
• Reservations cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date, as well as no-shows, will incur 100% retention charges, and no refund will be issued.

• A valid government-issued photo identity proof is mandatory for all Indian guests at the time of check-in.All foreign nationals are required to present a valid passport and visa during check-in, in accordance with Government of India regulations.Local ID cards are not accepted for accommodation.Standard check-in and check-out timings are subject to the hotel’s prevailing policy unless otherwise confirmed in writing.Hotel management reserves the right to refuse check-in if the required identification documents are not presented.
